This year, one of my projects has been to translate project management approaches and terms for the higher education environment. It has been such a fun experience to make both YouTube videos and create blog posts to share this information.
While I’ve talked about my workflow channel, I haven’t really mentioned the blogging I’ve been doing over at my PM by Design website. That blog is an A-Z Guide of project management terms, where I explain what they are and how they might show up in higher education. I also share some steps to implement the concepts and some reflective questions.
If you are interested in learning more about the field of project management, I hope you’ll check out these resources.
